Proprietary data like that provided by the federal Postal Code to Lookup service, will not be cached locally.
Without a service agreement any user can be banned and any campaign can be deleted at any time without notice
OpenConcept reserves the right to put appropriate advertising on campaign pages if feel it is required.
OpenConcept distribute infrequent campaign notices to individuals who participate in free campaigns.
